School nurse parent information newsletters - lots of useful information including signs to look for specific medical conditions.
Parents can self-refer to the school nurse service by calling the hub on 0333 234 1903 and selecting option 3.

Parents/carers can now access health service advice via a Health Visitor or School Nurse by text, 9am -5pm Monday - Friday   07520 631721.
 
There's also a separate line for young people (11-19 year olds) to contact a School Nurse directly, 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday   07520631722
